What this portal does
The portal collects information so we can assess your freight requirements and contact you. It does not by itself create a binding contract, tariff, or customs determination.
Quotes and accuracy
Any figures or options discussed after your enquiry depend on complete and accurate information. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Urgent enquiries received between 9am and 9pm UK time are typically responded to within 1 hour (first response only — not a guaranteed quote, booking, collection or uplift). Outside those hours we respond when the team is next available. Times are indicative.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the form (including automated abuse, spam, unlawful content, or attempts to compromise our systems). We may suspend processing of suspicious submissions.
Intellectual property
Branding, text, and materials on this portal are owned by KLANORIANS or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them without permission except as allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KLANORIANS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this portal or reliance on preliminary information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless mandatory local rules apply. Courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you may have as a consumer.
