What we can assess
Time-critical air freight cargo
General commercial cargo, electronics and equipment, battery products, personal effects, household goods, dangerous goods and other shipments — each reviewed for air suitability, documentation and carrier acceptance.
How it works
From enquiry to first response
Submit the form
Direction, verified route, cargo type, optional documents and contact — usually under two minutes.
We review
A team member assesses fit, restrictions and any documents or questions needed next.
First response
During 9:00am–9:00pm UK time, urgent enquiries are typically responded to within 1 hour (first response — not a guaranteed quote or uplift).
Battery & DG
Regulated cargo, assessed case by case
Battery and dangerous-goods air shipments are reviewed for classification, packaging, documentation, routing and carrier acceptance. If you are unsure of UN numbers or classes, submit the enquiry anyway — we will ask for what is needed next. You do not need a finished DG declaration to start.
Worldwide collection
Import & export air routing
Tell us origin and destination anywhere collection and air routing can be arranged. Final routing depends on commodity, documentation and carrier availability — we do not claim owned vehicles in every country.

FAQ
Can you arrange urgent international air freight?
This portal is for time-critical air freight assessment (import and export). We review your enquiry and respond with next steps. It is not an instant booking or a guaranteed uplift.
How fast is the first response?
Urgent enquiries received between 9am and 9pm UK time are typically responded to within 1 hour (first response — not a guaranteed quote, collection or uplift). Outside those hours we respond when the team is next available.
Can you assess shipments containing lithium batteries?
Yes — including battery-powered equipment and standalone battery products where enabled. Acceptance depends on classification, packaging, documentation and carrier rules.
Can you assess standalone battery shipments?
Where standalone battery enquiries are enabled, they are flagged for specialist review. That does not mean they are accepted for air carriage until assessed.
What if I do not know whether my cargo is dangerous goods?
Select the cargo type that best fits, or “Dangerous Goods (DG)” / “Other cargo” if you are unsure how to classify it. Submit the enquiry — we will ask for classification details, SDS or packaging information if needed. You do not need UN numbers or technical class codes to start.
Can I upload an SDS or packing list?
Yes — supported document and image types can be attached optionally (see the upload step for the current allowlist). You can also skip uploads and send documents later.
Can collection be arranged outside the UK?
Worldwide collection can be arranged. That does not mean we operate our own vehicles in every country — each route is arranged as needed and remains subject to assessment.
Is this an Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) booking?
Submitting this form does not create an AEO filing or customs declaration. We assess the freight enquiry and advise on next steps, including any compliance or documentation requirements that apply to your shipment.
