What is UK returns management?
UK returns management is the process of receiving customer returns in the United Kingdom, identifying and inspecting the products, recording their condition and deciding what happens next. Klanorian provides the physical UK-side handling after a returned parcel arrives, so overseas sellers can operate a local returns route without building their own UK warehouse.
What is a UK returns address?
A UK returns address is the destination printed on the customer’s return label. On its own it only receives the parcel. Klanorian’s UK returns management is the work after arrival: identification, inspection, photography, reporting, repacking, holding, consolidation and onward logistics.
Can an overseas seller use a UK returns address?
Yes, subject to account approval, product review and an agreed service scope. International sellers can use the agreed Klanorian returns address for approved customer-return workflows without operating their own UK warehouse. The address is provided for agreed returns handling and does not by itself create a registered office, tax establishment or other legal presence in the UK.
What happens when a returned product reaches Klanorian?
We receive and identify the parcel, inspect it according to your instructions, record the required information and photographs, and report the outcome. The product can then be held, repacked, relabelled, consolidated, forwarded or otherwise handled according to the agreed instruction.
What is reverse logistics?
Reverse logistics is the movement of goods back from the customer toward stock, rework, consolidation or disposal. UK returns management is the reverse-logistics step that happens in the United Kingdom after the parcel is received.
Can UK returns management work without UK warehousing?
Yes. Returns-only workflows are available: we receive and process customer returns while you continue to fulfil orders from elsewhere. Warehouse storage and fulfilment can be added later through UK supply chain support where agreed.
